George Strait Concers 2020 George Strait is returning to Atlanta in 2019 for a very special, one-night-only concert event. The country icon has announced a show at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on March 30, 2019. Chris Stapleton, Chris Janson and singer-songwriter Ashley McBryde will accompany Strait at the concert, which marks his only gig in the area since the Atlanta date of his Cowboy Rides Away Tour. Strait performed at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena in 2014.

The announcement of Strait’s performance in Atlanta comes hot on the heels of his reveal that he’d be returning to the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas for two shows in February. Scheduled for February 1 and 2, 2019, the Texas native will take to the stage to perform many of his hits. McBryde is scheduled to open for each of the shows. The Strait to Vegas concert series began with six shows in 2016 and extended with 10 more the following year. He will play his final shows of 2018 at the T-Mobile Arena on December 7 and 8.
